Timber brings a warm and inviting texture to a space, complementing a variety of kitchen styles from rustic to modern. The unique grain patterns and rich colours of different wood species (we currently offer benchtops made from Tasmanian blackwood, Mountain ash, Macrocarpa and other gums) ensure that no two benchtops are exactly alike. Wooden benchtops can also be customised with various finishes (oil, lacquer, resin), edge profiles, and stains to match any design preference.
Unlike stone or laminate surfaces which may need full replacement if significantly damaged, a wooden benchtop can be sanded down to remove scratches, dents, or stains, and refinished to look good as new.
